The CPR training for GP Practices is designed to maintain CPR skills for clinical staff and is taught by experienced clinical instructors who are also experienced hands on instructors for hospital cardiac arrest teams and/or Resuscitation Council accredited instructors. It is taught in-house at your own GP practice.
The CPR training for GP Practices lasts from 2 – 3 hours and includes AED (defibrillator) training and as per Course Outline below.

- Anaphylaxis

- Resuscitation drugs and equipment including Oxygen
A more comprehensive course can cover some or all of the following key areas:

- Emergency Asthma management
- Choking
- Recovery position
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation / BLS for all ages

- Airway Management – practical use of airway adjuncts and suction as appropriate to your environment
